About the X Cube product line
What's the difference between the 25K Kit and the 35K Crystal Kit?
The 25K Cube Kit is the original Off Stamp modular device — the Classic Cube chassis paired with a 25,000-puff pre-filled pod, available in 8 staple flavors. The 35K Crystal Kit upgrades to the Splash device with a clear chassis and a 35,000-puff pod, available in 20 flavors. The Crystal pod will NOT fit the 25K Cube device and vice-versa — the two product lines have different connector shapes.
Do you sell replacement pods separately?
Yes. The 25K Cube has a refill pod with 44 flavors across Classic, Sweet, and Ice editions. The 35K Crystal has a refill pod with all 20 Crystal flavors. Both pods sell at a discount versus buying a fresh kit. See the 25K Pod page and Crystal 35K Pod page.
Are the devices rechargeable?
Yes — both the 25K and the Crystal 35K kits include a USB-C rechargeable battery. The pod itself is pre-filled and disposable; the device is reusable across pods of the same line.

Which edition is right for me?
- Classic — the original Off Stamp lineup: Bangin' Peach, Blue Razz Ice, Miami Mint, Rocket Popsicle, and similar.
- Sweet — candy- and dessert-leaning profiles: Blow Pop, Grape Rancher, Lemon Heads, Strawberry Rolls Up.
- Ice — cold-finish flavors with a noticeable menthol kick: Pomegranate Blast, Sour Strawberry Dragonfruit, Cool Mint, Black Mint.
- Crystal — exclusive to the 35K Crystal product line, with 20 unique profiles.
About shipping
Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship same-day from our Stockton, California warehouse (3923 S B St, Stockton, CA 95206). Cutoff is 3 PM Pacific, Monday–Friday — anything placed before cutoff ships the same business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $80. Orders under the threshold ship at a flat USPS Priority rate calculated at checkout.
How long does it take?
Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days from the West Coast. East Coast addresses run closer to 4–5 days. We always email a USPS tracking number once the label is printed.
About age verification
Why do I need to upload an ID?
Off Stamp products contain nicotine. By US federal law (PACT Act) and the regulations of every state we ship to, we are required to confirm the customer is 21 or over before fulfilling a vape order. Once you place your first order, you'll receive an automated email asking for a clear photo of a government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport). Our team verifies it within hours.
Is the ID stored?
Yes — securely, and only for compliance audits. We do not share it with marketing partners, and we do not retain it longer than the audit-retention period required by law.
About returns
Can I return a flavor I don't like?
For hygienic reasons we cannot accept opened pods or used devices unless they are defective. If a device or pod is defective on arrival or stops working within 7 days, we'll replace it free of charge — see the Refund & Returns policy for the full process.
My device arrived damaged. What do I do?
Photograph the damaged device or pod inside the original packaging and email service@offstampvapeusa.com with your order number. We typically issue replacements within one business day — no need to ship the damaged unit back.
