How do I check the status of my order?

Enter your order number and email on our Order Tracking page. Orders placed before 3 PM Pacific ship the same business day from our Stockton, California warehouse, with delivery in 2–5 business days across the contiguous US.

What payment methods do you accept?

Off Stamp Vape accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover at checkout. Your card is charged when you place the order; full card numbers are never stored on our servers — they go directly to our PCI-compliant payment processor over HTTPS. Orders ship from Stockton, CA with 2–5 day delivery.

Shipping & delivery

When is shipping free?

Orders of $80 or more ship free within the contiguous US. Orders under $80 are charged a flat shipping fee shown at checkout. See the full shipping policy for delivery windows and restricted states.

Do you ship to all US states?

We ship to most US states from our Stockton, CA warehouse. A small number of states currently restrict flavored disposable vape sales — those addresses are blocked at checkout, not surprise-cancelled after you order. We do not ship internationally. The shipping policy lists current state restrictions and delivery windows.

Devices & flavors

What's the difference between the X Cube product lines?

Off Stamp ships four SKUs across two parallel device families. The 25K Cube Kit is the Classic Cube device with a 25,000-puff pre-filled pod (8 staple flavors); its refill is the 25K Pod with 44 flavors across the Classic, Sweet, and Ice editions. The Crystal 35K Kit is the Splash device with a 35,000-puff Crystal pod (20 flavors); its refill is the Crystal 35K Pod at $21.99. The two device lines use different pod connectors and are not cross-compatible.

How do I pick a flavor edition?

Each edition leans a different direction. Classic is fruit-forward — the original 25K lineup. Sweet is candy and dessert profiles. Ice is mentholated finishes for an all-day pod. Crystal is the 35K-exclusive set with 20 unique profiles. The FAQs page has a longer flavor primer.

My device isn't producing vapor — what should I check first?

Plug it in via USB-C for at least 15 minutes — most "dead on arrival" reports are simply a fully drained battery from shipping. If the indicator still does not light up after charging, contact service@offstampvapeusa.com with your order number and a photo of the device base; defective units are replaced within 14 days. See our device instructions for setup detail.

How do I verify that my device is genuine?

Every Off Stamp pod carton ships with a QR holographic seal printed on the box. Scan it on our Verify Product page to confirm your unit was packed at the licensed Off Stamp facility and has not been resealed. If verification fails, email service@offstampvapeusa.com immediately with photos of the box and the device.

Returns & replacements

What is your return policy?

Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less shipping). Defective devices are eligible for a free replacement within 14 days of delivery. Read the full refund & returns policy for the step-by-step process.

Account, ID & wholesale

Why do I need to upload an ID?

Federal law (PACT Act) and every state we ship to require age verification before fulfilling a vape order. The first time you order, you'll get an automated email asking for a clear photo of a government-issued ID. Our team verifies it within hours; subsequent orders ship without re-verifying. We do not share the ID with marketing partners and only retain it for the audit-retention period required by law.

Who can I contact for wholesale or bulk orders?

Licensed US vape shops can apply to carry the Off Stamp X Cube product line via our Wholesale page. Send your business license, retail address, and estimated monthly volume to service@offstampvapeusa.com with subject line "Wholesale Application".

How do I reach customer service?
