Refund & Returns Policy
What's covered
- Defective devices and pods — replaced free of charge within 14 days of delivery.
- Unopened, unused products — returnable for refund within 30 days of delivery.
- Lost or damaged-in-transit packages — replaced once the USPS investigation confirms loss or damage.
What's not covered
- Opened pods. For hygiene and FDA-compliance reasons we cannot accept opened, partially used, or fully used pods unless they are defective.
- Flavor preference. If you simply do not enjoy a flavor, we cannot accept the open pod back. We recommend ordering a single pod the first time you try a new flavor.
- Damage from misuse or modification. Devices damaged by water submersion, dropping, exposure to extreme heat, or third-party charger use are not covered.
- Counterfeit or grey-market product. If the QR seal fails verification, the unit was not packed by us — file a claim with the original seller. We will not accept returns of product not purchased through this site.
How to file a defect claim (within 14 days)
- Email service@offstampvapeusa.com with subject line "Defect Claim".
- Include your order number, the SKU of the defective product, and a clear photo of the device or pod (the underside of the carton if you can read the lot number).
- Describe the issue in one or two sentences (no airflow, no indicator light, leaking, etc.).
- Our team responds within one business day. If the defect is confirmed, we ship a replacement at no charge — you do not need to ship the defective unit back.
How to return an unopened product (within 30 days)
- Email service@offstampvapeusa.com with subject line "Return Request" and your order number.
- We confirm the order is eligible (within 30 days, unopened) and email you a pre-paid USPS return label.
- Pack the unopened products in their original carton, attach the label, and drop the package at any USPS office or scheduled pickup.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we issue a refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Lost or damaged in transit
If USPS tracking marks the package as delivered but it did not arrive, or the package arrives visibly damaged, email service@offstampvapeusa.com within 5 business days with your order number and photos of the damage. We open a USPS investigation on your behalf. In confirmed loss or damage cases, we ship a free replacement once the investigation closes (typically 5–10 business days).
Refund timing
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of the returned product reaching our Stockton warehouse. Refunds are issued back to the card used at checkout; expect 5–10 additional business days for your bank to post the credit. Store credit is offered as an alternative and posts to your account immediately on request.
Refused or undelivered shipments
If a package is refused at the door or returned to us after three failed delivery attempts, we refund the order amount to the original card minus outbound shipping cost. Free-shipping orders that are refused incur the original USPS Priority label cost as a deduction from the refund.

The FAQs page answers the most common return questions (device troubleshooting, pod compatibility, seal verification). The Help Center covers device setup before you decide it's defective — most "dead on arrival" reports are a fully drained battery from shipping and are fixed by a 15-minute USB-C charge.
