About Off Stamp Vape
What we ship
Off Stamp Vape carries the four-SKU X Cube product line: two modular devices — the Classic Cube (25,000 puffs per pod) and the Crystal Cube (35,000 puffs per pod) — and their matching pre-filled refill pods. Across the two pod sizes we run 88 active flavor variations split into four editions: Classic, Sweet, Ice, and Crystal. Every pod ships pre-filled, sealed, and authenticated with a QR holographic seal you can verify on our site before opening.
Where we ship from
All orders fulfill out of our Stockton, California warehouse — 3923 S B St, Stockton, CA 95206. Orders placed before 3 PM Pacific go out the same business day with USPS Priority; most contiguous-US addresses see delivery in 2–5 business days. We do not ship internationally and we do not list third-party fulfillment — every package leaves our own warehouse, with our own quality check, with the same tracking email template, every order.
How we handle payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover at checkout. Your card is charged when the order is placed; we do not store full card numbers on our servers and there is no subscription or recurring charge. The first time you order, we ask you to upload a photo of a government-issued ID — that's a one-time check required under the federal PACT Act for age verification. After that first order, subsequent orders ship without re-verifying.
Why the QR seal matters
Vape grey market is real — counterfeit pods turn up regularly at convenience stores and on third-party marketplaces. Every Off Stamp pod we ship carries a tamper-evident QR holographic seal printed on the outer carton; scanning it on our product verification page confirms the unit was packed at the licensed Off Stamp facility and has not been resealed. If the seal is missing or fails verification, forward the result to service@offstampvapeusa.com and we'll replace the unit free of charge.
What we don't do
- We don't sell loose tobacco, traditional cigarettes, or non-Off-Stamp vape brands.
- We don't ship to states that restrict flavored disposable vapes — those addresses are blocked at checkout, not surprise-cancelled after you order.
- We don't subscribe customers to anything. Every order is one-time, paid on delivery, no recurring charge.
- We don't share your contact details with marketing partners. Order confirmations and shipping notifications come from service@offstampvapeusa.com only.

Off Stamp products contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. The Off Stamp X Cube line is intended for adults of legal smoking age (21+ in every US state) and is not for use during pregnancy or by anyone with a heart condition or sensitivity to nicotine. If you do not currently use nicotine products, do not start.
