What the QR seal proves

Every Off Stamp pod we ship carries a tamper-evident QR holographic seal printed on the outer carton. Scanning it confirms three things:

  • The unit was packed at the licensed Off Stamp manufacturing facility.
  • The carton has not been resealed since it left the facility.
  • The serial number matches our authentication database — it was shipped through an authorized US distribution channel.

Grey-market product, third-party-marketplace resells, and counterfeits will fail one or more of these checks.

How to verify before opening

  1. Locate the QR sticker on the back or bottom of the outer carton. It is a small holographic square — under light it shifts between silver and red.
  2. Open your phone camera and point it at the QR. Tap the link that pops up.
  3. The link opens the manufacturer's authentication page. A green check means the unit is authentic; a red warning means the QR is invalid, resealed, or already used.
  4. If you see a green check, open the carton and start using the device.

If the QR fails verification

Email service@offstampvapeusa.com with subject line "Authentication Failure". Include:

  1. Your order number (if purchased through this site).
  2. Photos of the outer carton — the QR sticker and any visible lot or batch numbers.
  3. A photo of the device or pod inside.

If the order was placed through this Site, we ship a free replacement immediately — no return shipment required. If the unit was purchased elsewhere, we cannot replace it under our warranty, but we will flag the serial number to the manufacturer's anti-counterfeit team.

Why this matters

The disposable-vape category has a real counterfeit problem. Counterfeit pods often use unregulated e-liquid that has not gone through the manufacturer's QA, and may contain solvents or contaminants that are not on the label. The QR seal exists so customers can distinguish authentic Off Stamp product from counterfeits before putting anything in their mouth.
