Quickest way: log in to your account
The fastest place to see your order status is the My Account dashboard — log in with the email you used at checkout, and your orders, USPS tracking links, and expected delivery dates are all on one page.
If you don't remember your password
- Go to the My Account page.
- Click "Forgot password?" and enter the email used on the order.
- Look for a reset link from service@offstampvapeusa.com within a few minutes.
- Set a new password and log in to see your orders.
If the email doesn't arrive
Check your spam folder first — reset emails sometimes land there for new addresses. If after 30 minutes you still have no email, the address on the order may have been entered slightly differently. Email service@offstampvapeusa.com with subject line "Order Status Help" and include:
- The order number from your confirmation email (starts with
#followed by 5–6 digits). - The shipping address on the order.
- The phone number on the order, if you remember which one you used.
We'll match the order to your account or send you a tracking link directly within one business day.
What the tracking statuses mean
- Pending payment / age verification — the order is in our system but we haven't verified your ID yet. First-time buyers see this state until our team reviews the uploaded ID.
- Processing — the order is verified and ready for our warehouse to pack. Orders placed before 3 PM Pacific clear this state the same business day.
- Shipped — USPS has scanned the label and the tracking number is live. The carrier link will start showing transit events within 12–24 hours of this status change.
- Delivered — the carrier marked the package as delivered. USPS has scanned the final delivery event at the address on the order.
- Returned to sender — the package came back to our Stockton warehouse, usually after three failed delivery attempts or because the address was undeliverable. Email service@ to arrange a redelivery or refund/store credit.
Where orders ship from
All orders fulfill out of Stockton, California. Same-day dispatch on orders placed before 3 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday. Typical delivery times by region are on the shipping policy page.
Payment
Off Stamp Vape accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover at checkout. Your card was charged when you placed the order, so the carrier simply hands over the package — there is no payment to collect at the door. If the address is unattended at delivery, the carrier typically attempts redelivery the next business day.
