Agreement
By using offstampvapeusa.com (the "Site") or placing an order through it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.
Eligibility
- You must be 21 years of age or older to use this Site or purchase any product.
- You must be a resident of a US state where flavored disposable vape products are not restricted. Restricted-state addresses are blocked at checkout.
- By placing an order, you confirm under penalty of perjury that you meet both conditions and that the product is for personal use, not resale.
Age verification
The first time you order, you'll be required to submit a clear photo of a government-issued ID (driver's license, state ID, or passport). We verify the ID within hours on business days. Failure to submit a valid ID within 7 days of placing the order causes the order to be cancelled and the package to remain at our warehouse. Subsequent orders from the same verified customer ship without re-verification.
Products and pricing
- All products on the Site are sold subject to availability.
- Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed when you place the order.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities per order, per address, or per customer at our discretion.
- Product images are representative. Actual chassis batches may vary slightly in color or finish; these variations are not defects.
Payment — Credit / Debit Card
Off Stamp Vape accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover at checkout. Your card is charged when the order is placed; payment information is transmitted over HTTPS to our PCI-compliant payment processor and full card numbers are not stored on our servers. By placing an order you authorize Off Stamp Vape to charge the card you provide for the order amount.
Shipping
Shipping terms — including dispatch windows, delivery estimates, free shipping threshold, and restricted states — are governed by the Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds — including the 14-day defect window, 30-day unopened-product return window, and refund timing — are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Health and safety warnings
Off Stamp products contain nicotine. Nicotine is an addictive chemical (see the CDC reference on e-cigarettes and nicotine). These products are not intended for use by anyone under 21, pregnant or nursing women, people with heart disease or high blood pressure, or anyone with sensitivity to nicotine. If you do not currently use nicotine products, do not start. If you experience adverse effects, stop using the product and consult a healthcare provider.
Counterfeit and grey-market product
Every Off Stamp pod we ship carries a QR holographic seal. If you purchased an Off Stamp product elsewhere and the QR fails verification on our Verify Product page, the unit was not packed by us. We are unable to honor warranties, defect claims, or returns on product not purchased through this Site.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including product photography, copy, page layout, and the Off Stamp brand marks — is owned by Off Stamp Vape or used under license. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without written permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to access non-public parts of the Site, interfere with the Site's operation, or scrape data automatically.
- Do not place orders using false identity, falsified ID documents, or another person's payment / delivery details without their authorization.
Disclaimer of warranties
Beyond the specific defect-replacement warranty described in the Refund & Returns Policy, the Site and products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Off Stamp Vape's total liability for any claim arising out of the Site or a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
