Security
Order data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on encrypted servers. Access to customer data is limited to Off Stamp Vape staff who need it to fulfill orders or respond to customer service. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers — card data is sent directly to our PCI-compliant payment processor over HTTPS; the only payment information retained on the order record is the masked last-4 digits and the processor's transaction ID.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements above). Email service@offstampvapeusa.com with subject line "Privacy Request". We respond within 30 calendar days.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the right to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information; the opt-out request is honored by default.
Children's privacy
This site is for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we discover that a minor has submitted information, we delete it.
