Shipping Policy
Where we ship from
All Off Stamp Vape orders ship out of our warehouse at 3923 S B St, Stockton, CA 95206. We do not use third-party fulfillment — every package is picked, packed, and shipped by our team.
Same-day dispatch window
Orders placed before 3 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day. The tracking number is emailed to the address on the order as soon as the USPS label prints.
Delivery times
We ship USPS Priority Mail on every order — there are no slower options, and no charged upgrade tier. Typical delivery windows from Stockton, CA:
- West Coast (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ, UT, ID): 2–3 business days
- Mountain / Central (CO, TX, IL, MO, MN, etc.): 3–4 business days
- East Coast and Southeast (NY, FL, GA, MA, etc.): 4–5 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: 5–7 business days (USPS Priority is the carrier; surface routes are not available)
Posted delivery windows are USPS estimates. Carrier delays during peak season or extreme weather can extend them; we relay any tracking-event updates we receive directly to the email on the order.
Shipping cost
- Free shipping on orders of $80 or more, contiguous US.
- Under $80: flat USPS Priority rate calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
- Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico: shipping is calculated at checkout — free-shipping threshold does not apply to non-contiguous addresses.
States we cannot ship to
A small number of US states currently restrict flavored disposable vape sales. Our checkout blocks those ZIP codes before payment so you will never be charged for an order that cannot be fulfilled. As of this policy update, the following states are restricted in whole or in part: Utah, New York, Massachusetts, California (for non-tobacco flavored pods), New Jersey, Rhode Island. The restricted list is maintained at the state level and updates periodically — checkout reflects the current restrictions.
International shipping
We do not ship internationally. Off Stamp Vape ships to the 50 US states and Puerto Rico only.
Age verification before shipping
By federal law (PACT Act) and the regulations of every US state, we must verify that you are 21 or older before fulfilling a vape order. The first time you order, you'll receive an automated email asking for a clear photo of a government-issued ID. Our team reviews IDs within hours on business days. Once verified, your account does not need to re-verify on future orders.
Payment
Off Stamp Vape accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover at checkout. Your card is charged when you place the order; if the charge declines you'll see the error inline and the order is not created. We do not store full card numbers on our servers — card data goes directly to our PCI-compliant payment processor over HTTPS.
Lost, damaged, or stuck packages
If your tracking does not update for more than 5 business days, or USPS marks the package as delivered but it did not arrive, email service@offstampvapeusa.com with your order number. We open a USPS investigation on your behalf and, in confirmed-loss cases, ship a free replacement once the investigation closes. Packages that arrive visibly damaged should be photographed before opening — forward the photos and we'll process a replacement immediately.
