We onboard licensed US vape shops, smoke shops, and licensed distributors carrying the Off Stamp X Cube line. Wholesale carries the full four-SKU catalog: the X Cube 25K Kit and 25K Refill Pod on the Classic Cube device, plus the X Cube Crystal 35K Kit and Crystal 35K Refill Pod on the Splash device. The Sweet, Ice, and Crystal editions are all included — 88 active flavor variations across the two pod sizes.

What we require to onboard you

  • A valid US business license for vape, tobacco, or smoke retail.
  • A retail address (we do not onboard pure third-party-marketplace resellers).
  • A copy of your state-issued tobacco / nicotine permit if your state requires one.
  • An estimated monthly purchase volume — this lets us set the right pricing tier and reserve stock.

Once we have all four, onboarding usually takes one business day: we send back an MSRP sheet, a wholesale price list, and an account login for direct ordering.

What you can expect from us

  • Authentic stock only. Every unit ships out of our authorized Stockton, CA warehouse with the manufacturer's QR holographic seal — never grey-market or distributor-overstock.
  • Same-week fulfillment. Standing wholesale orders ship within 1–3 business days of confirmation; rush orders ship same-day when stock is on hand.

  • Replacement on defects. Defective units across a shipment are replaced unit-for-unit at no charge when reported within 14 days of receipt with photos and lot numbers.

What we don't do

  • We don't onboard accounts without a verified retail address.
  • We don't dropship wholesale orders to end customers under your label.
  • We don't sell to states that restrict flavored disposable vapes — applications from restricted states are returned.

  1. Your business license (PDF or photo).
  2. State tobacco / nicotine permit, if applicable.
  3. Retail address and contact name.
  4. Estimated monthly volume (units or dollar value, either is fine).

You'll hear back within one business day. If you've worked with another Off Stamp distributor in the past and want to consolidate, mention it in the email — we can usually carry over your existing account tier.
